Born in L’vovsky town, the Moscow Region. From 5 years old attended group “Rassvet” (“Dawn”) (directors: Jumina L.V., Milkina A.M.). In 1996 entered Moscow State University of Culture and Arts with a degree in ballet master/choreographer. Being a 4th year student started working in contemporary company of theatre Ballet Moscow.
From 2000 he is a principal dancer of the theatre. Danced principal parts in all contemporary company’s performances of the theatre. He was awarded with the Russian National Theatre Award the Golden Mask for his role in the ballet “Vzlom” (“Break-in”) in the Best Male Role nomination.
In 2003 performed the main part in the Rite of Spring ballet on music by Igor Stravinsky (choreography by Regis Obadia, France). And this very year The Rite of Spring got the Golden Mask in the Best Contemporary Dance Performance and diploma of the Moscow Prize STD RF “The hit of the season”.
Works as a choreographer in Theatre Studio of contemporary choreography (“Sleep apnoea”, “Palatapyamikus”, “Desired vacancy”, “Just a second before…”, “Two points’ portrait”, “Detached”).
Acts in different creative projects. Participant of international contemporary dance competitions and festivals: 2000 and 2002 – the International Festival of Contemporary Theatre art in Vilnius; 2001 – Festival of Russian Creation in Toulouse; 2002 and 2012 – the International Festival of Contemporary Choreography (IFMC) in Vitebsk; and some other prestigious festivals.
Actively participates in city cultural events, charity concerts, anniversary evenings and festivals. From 2007 participates in events dedicated A Moscow City Day and Victory Day, from 2010 – Russia Independence Day and others. In 2014 he was a participant of theatricalize performance of Olympics opening ceremony in Sochi.
